Armenians try to violate ceasefire

Today Arayik Harutyunyan, who calls himself “the leader of Nagorno-Karabakh,” proposed holding a consultative meeting of Armenian political parties in Stepanakert.

It should be noted that a criminal case was initiated against Harutyunyan under the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. Therefore, the return of this criminal to Khankendi is unacceptable.

On the other hand, as a guarantor state, Russia should know that the attempt of Armenian political organizations to gather in Khankendi is a step towards breaking the ceasefire. Such a step could push official Baku to take tough steps.
